Quick responses to some of the most frequently asked questions at MBS……
1. Become a parishioner?
Go to the “About Us” tab and then click “New Parishioner Registration” and follow the directions indicated.
2. Obtain a Mass card or have a Mass offered in someone’s name?
Call the Parish Center at 201-891-4200. The Center is open 9:00-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
3. Arrange for my child’s baptism?
Call the Parish Center at 201-891-4200 ext. 280 or email Father John Job, Pastor, at [email protected]
4. Volunteer in a parish ministry?
Go to the “Get Involved” tab. The drop down menu will enable you to click tabs for the various ministries that serve the parish (altar servers, lectors, music ministers, etc.) and for the various community outreach programs that the parish supports.
5. Arrange a visit for a sick family member or a Communion call?

6. Add a name to the prayer list (sick or deceased)
Call the Parish Center at 201-891-4200. The Center is open 9:00-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
7. Enroll my child in the Academy of the Most Blessed Sacrament?
You can contact the school office directly at 201-891-4250. The office is open from 8:00 – 3:00 pm daily. You can also visit the school website, www.ambs.org.
8. Arrange for my wedding?
Click on the “Liturgy and Sacraments” tab; then click on “Sacraments of Service”, and the click on “Matrimony”. Complete information about wedding preparation is provided there.
9. Enroll my child in the MBS religious education program?
Register for our Religious Education Program (CCD) by emailing Diane at [email protected]
10. Obtain a certificate of Baptism, Confirmation or Marriage?
