We are so happy that you are interested in becoming a part of our parish family!
You can become a member of our parish by filling out the New Parishioner Registration form. After downloading a copy of the form located on the left-hand side of this screen, you can either email the completed form to Krista Pastor ([email protected]) at the Parish Center, or you may print out the form and return it by mail or in person to the Parish Center.
