Reconciliation (Penance) celebrates and reminds us of God’s mercy and helps us to experience divine forgiveness, to forgive ourselves and to become reconciled with others.
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is celebrated each Saturday afternoon between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. You may also schedule an appointment. There are two communal celebrations scheduled during Advent and Lent.
First Reconciliation:
Candidates for First Reconciliation/First Eucharist include children registered in the Religious Education program at Most Blessed Sacrament and children from the Parochial School (Academy of Most Blessed Sacrament). Children must have attended Religious Education classes beginning in the first grade, or attended Parochial School in order to participate in the preparation process.
